Dog Days
The double date went very well. We enjoyed our new friends' company and had some stimulating conversation. The topic of "dog days" came up, and we all confessed to not knowing where the phrase originated, so searched it on Wikipedia, of course! Ahhh.. wikipedia!

Gorgeous Weekened!
Drove up north and spent the weekend in the Catskills. Seeing the mountains and the sky was like.. aaaaahhhhhhhh. While we were there, we visited a winery, ate grilled food, saw a million fireflies, ate some more yummy food, laid on the grass, looked at flowers, bunnies, saw a doe and faun, and of course, fields of summer corn.
