Summer & Shorts
Even tho it's been "summer" for a while now, it officially started for me today when I put on shorts to run an errand. My legs have seen the sun. -
Ice Rink
It's started getting warm here in North Texas, so I activated the ice maker in the freezer. I waited for it to cycle a couple of times and dumped it. Then promptly forget about it.

Tonight, the community theatre company I work with, opens "Little Old Ladies In Tennis Shoes" by Sandra Fenichel Asher. While the title leads one to believe that this is a comedy, it's more of a family tragedy. The story is VERY well written and the performers are doing a great job presenting it to the audience. damn covid booster
monday afternoon i had an appointment to get my booster moderna vaccine shot. got to the pharmacy and they put me in the little privacy room and there was a basket with the syringe in it and some paperwork. i was told someone would be in shortly to administer the shot. i waited ... patiently. twenty minutes later the pharmacist opened the door ( Read more... ) -
