Awesome! Welcome to the club! Isn't it nice to finally start telling people? I had the hardest time not blabbing it to the world until our 11 week ultrasound.

I'm so excited for you! I'm just a couple weeks ahead (just over 14 weeks as of today) and I'm SO glad there are a couple friends out there going through the same thing at the same time!

Thanks! I had a really hard time not posting more in response to your earlier postings -- for example, I too found that mac & cheese and fresh melon (not necessarily at the same time....) were two things that kept me going when I felt like nothing else was sitting right. Luckily, I've only had constant, low level nausea. Sounds like not as bad as you. Are you feeling better? I'm still sleeping a TON (can't really keep my eyes open much past 9:30), but I think I'm feeling less "sick" and more "pregnant" these days. It will be fun to see where this roller coaster goes, no? :)

I'm definitely feeling better. Most days I feel ALMOST normal. I'm still really tired - I'm sleeping 10-11 hours most nights. Of course I'm still waking up at least once a night so it's not uninterrupted sleep ( ... )

Oh yeah - that was another thing I wanted to respond to earlier. One of the first "symptoms" that I had was really bad heartburn and shortness of breath. My midwife told me that even at the very beginning, your heart can move within your chest in preparation for the general "making room" that occurs. Because it's in a new(ish) location, you can be more generally aware of your heart than in the past. I'm actually planning on seeing a cardiologist, because I just want to make sure everything is okay (I have a family history of heart disease). Anyway, I totally understand being able to feel your heart racing ( ... )
