I did it....(almost)
I made it through most of my first swim conditioning workout. I stopped 300 yards short of finishing because of time constraints. But, I swam 1,100 yards! It was mostly butterfly which is my weakest stroke. My manager was the coach tonight which was interesting. He gave me great advice and encouragement. New Years Eve
OK.. For those of you coming over for New Years Eve...
I have Vanilla Vodka, Vodka, Tequila, a bottle of wine...
If you want anything special: BOB (bring your own booze)...we will make white russians and some other vodka based cocktails...gonna make jello shots.

Work has been hectic. We aren't short staffed in the front like we once were, but the doctors schedules have been fuller. We have had two doctors in every day, and every Thursday we have three doctors. So that is like 100 patients a day. I am back at check out. So at work we all wear the same scrub top. There is a different top for every day of the week. I walked into work today after the long weekend wearing my Monday shirt. Yikes! I didn't have time to go back home and change my shirt, so I was the only one in the office wearing the wrong shirt. It was kinda funny though. (I did change my top at ( Read more... ) -

I just realized that I am like my grandpa when it comes to milk and kids. He never ever drank milk when us kids were around. He wanted to make sure that we always had enough milk to drink. I hardly ever drink milk when my kids are around. I have a half gallon of milk in the fridge and no kids around. I am actually getting milk cause I don't ( Read more... ) -
Too Short...
All in all it has been a good day...Work went smoothly except we had a lady have a stroke while we were doing a surgery on her. She fell off the table and the Dr. barely caught her before she hit the floor. We have had 3 patients die in the last 3 weeks. Luckily not while in our office, but pass on just the same.
