Let's get this over with.

Very well.
[Flynn, apparently, could form a small smirk by his lips. To be honest, little part inside him is aching for this, a sword fight. That's what he promised Yuri as well.]
Demon Fang!
[First thing first, ranged attack; keeps your distances while giving you enough time to analyze your opponent.]

... No one ever said that Senel was smart. These people wanted a fight, and dammit, they were going to get one.]
Dragon Blast! [Aiming for Flynn's stomach while powering his fists with eres - which is kind of obvious, since his whole hand's glowing bright blue.]

A sigh. He really doesn’t have much choice now anyway. He couldn’t give up and couldn’t lose either, because if he did, Spada would laugh at him forever.
He takes a good hold of his broadsword, eyeing the broom of the magic user. Even if she planned to keep distance from him, he could still attack using his spells.
...But the biggest problem here is... that he really doesn’t want to fight her at all!]

It'd certainly be interesting to see how this went, considering they were both spellcasters.]

[He glances his opponent over. The boy isn't terribly impressive-looking, but appearances are often deceiving. What's that he's holding - a flail? No, some sort of ball-and-stick game. An odd choice for a weapon. He wonders if there must be some sort of gimmick to it, like Anise's doll.]
Let's not keep the crowd waiting, now.

Still, the Colonel has a point. Genis waits for the MC to call "Three! Two! One! START!" before jumping back to the side of the arena as he begins to cast his spell arte.
Come on, come... he just hopes he casts faster than the Colonel or it's game over.]

Hey! How are you?
[Though, Yuri would have a time trying to get the red-clad swordsman to impart his name first; even if they did know who was who from the roster and announcements. He had to say, he was definitely interested in comparing sword-styles, just they way the other man held his implied a relaxed, experienced nature.]

He was impressed by the two swords though, in most cases it either meant he was very skilled, or very foolish, but if he had enough faith to be here, he was betting skilled. That suited Sync just fine; he liked a challenge.]
