I still probably think this is the weakest of the chapters (but I think the prominence of Zoller may have something to do with that. ;p) However, having said that, I still love it to pieces. How could I now love something that features Hellstrom?

You're definitely not alone in that respect, because I love her too, and I just can't help but ship her with almost everyone either (and, when I also ship Hellstrom with everyone, it only makes sense that I ship the two of them together.)

I would definitely have to agree with you about this. Zoller just does absolutely nothing for me.
Something I highly enjoy about this set of scenes is the scene between Shosanna and Hans in the restaurant. I agree about Christoph needing to win awards for his performance in this. =) Attendez la creme....brilliant. <3
You have no idea how happy it makes me to hear that I'm not the only one who dislikes Zoller. There is a slight charm to him, I suppose, but it's completely overshadowed by his self-centred arrogance, and his tendency to bitch when he doesn't get his own way. He's too much of a petulant quasi-stalker for me to find anything remotely likeable about the character.
The restaurant scene is definitely my favourite part of this chapter, and it's not just because of the Hellstrom smoking porn. The second Landa that is re-introduced, and the tension that slowly builds from that moment to the fake-out at the end, is absolutely chilling.
