I don't know if I've suggested this book to you (I suggest it to just about everyone), but it changed my life when I was depressed and had issues with my serious thesis anxiety.
Within a week Stevan told me whatever I was doing, I needed to keep it up. Almost 2 years later and I haven't had any serious depression issues since. Not that I think it would work that way for everyone, but I do think it has the potential to help just about anyone. :)
