It is not. PhD students have been included in the target population for the comm because they do face issues as women preparing to enter academia but even more so they can see some of the obstacles they may face on the job market and in their futures as junior faculty. The most hard hit by these problems are junior faculty though tenured faculty are in no way immune.

Why only PhD students? In my department no one is admitted directly to the PhD, we all have to reapply after two years. Simply because I go to such a program, my issues are different then someone who goes to a direct admit program?
