Does anyone know a rating community that rates theoretical taste (theory books) ?

After discussions with several colleagues in various fields and fora, I've set up an online workgroup for summer work. The group is primarily targeted at those writing prospectuses, but academics at any stage are welcome: pre-prospectus research, writing chapters, writing other essays/articles, etc., so long as you're writing something.
