Especially opinions based on invented documentary evidence addressing simplistic stereotypes.

Why don't they just fill out the responses for the subjects ahead of time? Like the Teamsters used to do with union election ballots.

I find a lot of regional variance as well -- when I worked on the East Coast, I could be stern/angry without too many repercussions, whereas in Texas? Well, you can tell instantly when you've crossed the "bitch" line. Doesn't mean that I don't do it, but I have to be ready for the fallout.

I know what you mean. Let's just say I was shocked when reading my teaching reviews the first semester after moving to TX from MD. They didn't just have a problem with my accent, but with me "teaching like a man" and being too much of a "hard ass."
