An unfortunate effect of sensible rules is that if you post something here raising specific concerns about specific cases, the abuse team members say they cannot respond here because the case is private - however, if you write to them privately, they don't respond to that either ( Read more... )

We can complain about individual cases of unfair suspensions but what practical suggests does anyone have to change the TOS or Abuse Policy document to make the workings of LJ Abuse clearer?
