What are the rules for final forms?

I suppose there are just non-final forms on the tiles and if you want a word that ends in a kamenappetz letter, then you just use that tile and pretend it's the final form? Then when/if someone extends the word, it would "turn" into the non-final form again?

Surely there must be a Hebrew Scrabble Society which has decided upon a set of binding rules?

I'm imagining some old guys in robes researching for years to decide on what a rule should be.

...and coming to different conclusions, thereby fragmenting the Society into at least three or four groups with incompatible guidelines.

WOW. I am really impressed you can play Hebrew scrabble. I know I couldn't. When we go to Israel, I forget all my hebrew and become tongue ted. Imagine if I tried Scrabble. hahaha
