So I've been needing some inspiration lately. I can't think of what to write about, and I'm terrible at beginnings. I'm trying to write a short story or even a novel, but I have nothing. Any tips for getting past the beginning? -

So, a rather lackluster short story I read tonight has me thinking on money in your fantasy settting. In this example, the hero loans another character 20 gold coins towards the burial of a mutual friend.
