You had better not be the designer.

I'm sure I'll live to regret my complaint.

Was my information beneficial to you?

If it means so little, why complain about it?

((OOC: Zack gave Maku permission to come visit. ^^; Interested in logging?))

Not the environment. That's not distressing by any means, only irksome. What I mean to refer to is outside distress. I hear little, but Schuldig communicates more than he intends from time to time. It is the risk of an open and consistent communication.

( ooc: Sounds good! :D Did you want to start? )

Ah. That makes more sense. Considering you and your friends are apart of much of it, I hope you learn something.

((Sure. ^^))

That's where you are wrong, Makubex. I have no involvement in the current activity, nor do I consider myself a friend to either of the men presently causing trouble.

Bright like a dental office. But for many, that brightness is just a show, and being at one can be rather...terrifying.

:< Hojo half-agrees. Schu's meds are giving Hojo's crazy a bit more liberty to run free. <3 a_failed_god December 27 2007, 16:05:20 UTC
I suppose it's a frightening thing to some to put themselves in someone else's care. The fear of hospitals and doctors is a similar issue. Places one might associate with pain. A basic mental conditioning.

I have no such fear, naturally.

It'd be strange for who appears to be a scientist to fear places like that. It's a matter of trust in those who have power over you in particular situations.

What sort of distress have you been met with, sir?

Another newcomer.

Little as of late. These walls are designed to keep out trouble.

But I hear much of the distress of others.

I do wonder how everyone seems to be aware of that.

Which walls?

You must have amazing hearing.

You pick up on certain things, particularly when you've a reputation.

The walls that confine me - though I can hardly complain. I don't mind confinement.

I do, I admit. He keeps me well-informed.

No, they can't be. River is an excellent case in point. Most of us who come by them naturally can't handle it like Jean Grey. You could say that I'm the only telepath running around that has a handle on his powers.

I am always upset about something or another.

River is a functional synthetic, regardless of the repercussions.

More so recently. You can't keep it from me for long. You might as well tell me.

Yeah, but she doesn't work and tends to kill people. Sort of loses the quality of a good telepath, hmm?

I think I can keep it from you for a bit. Give you something to do instead of stare at walls.

She works often. It's in verbalising what she means that things deteriorate.

How cruel. You know me intimately; I think you owe me something back.
