Monoko was starting to get used to her semi-real, semi-not real existence here. There was some good and bad to it. It had been a while since she was stabbed, after all. There were some very nice people, too. Not very many for most people, but considering her past, two or three was a lot to her. She never had to transform, and could walk wherever she wanted ( ... )

First, Alessa's chest seized, her eyes snapping open, visions of the Otherworld--her world--flashing in her vision, blinding her for a moment.

Then she sat up and turned her head in one movement, searching for the source of the flicker in her mind, the feeling of control flowing into her veins as though someone just shot her full of it. It didn't make sense that that feeling was there. It only came in the town or in F3... or in the presence of one of the monsters.

It had been a bad time to give her a taste of the darkness. Nightmares. Dreams. It lacked the real jolt, the dangerous tang of the creatures she was used to, but there was something similar to that. It reminded her enough of home that her heart hardened, her eyes narrowing, her muscles getting taut with expectation.

"Come out. Now."

Yep. Plan "I'M A TREE", pure failure. nostoplights June 30 2011, 03:15:57 UTC
Well, with a direct order like that, and the pull from her, she literally couldn't refuse. Slowly, she walked out, holding her true feelings of terror in, though there still was a little bit of shaking.

Alessa would quickly notice that, although she looked human, she definitely wasn't quite human. Being literally black and white would do that. Plus, the dark energy around her.

This was not a very happy dream. Not quite a nightmare; she could always be handled, and didn't even pretend to be a threat, but not a happy dream either.

And until you ask her to say something, she's not making a peep.

Silly Monoko, you can't hide from a dreamer. <3 hurtandscared June 30 2011, 03:50:46 UTC
At the confirmation that this wasn't a monster, Alessa softened a little. This little creature was so familiar, but obviously not threatening.

It was actually sort of soothing. She held out a hand, gesturing the strange dream girl closer.

"Who're you?"
