You know, they still might get on you about that. People really like those trees. [James tentatively walks up, staying several meters away for now, twirling his wand in his fingers]

[He didn't move. Not to face James in any way and kept his wand trained on the landscape. It was better that way - safer.] It's better than doing it to something that hasn't already been destroyed.

I suppose so. [James pockets his wand, but makes sure that it's still accessible, just in case. No one seems to have reign over themselves this week] At least the destroyed ones are good for something, right?

[Unlike his friend Sirius can't bring himself to tuck his away. Some little thing in the back of his mind told him he should but his body failed to act on it. Of course he knew that he'd never raise it to harm James but that doesn't mean he wouldn't do some sort of curse.]

Destroyed wood is good for all sorts of things but I doubt people want to get soaked.

[Remus is there... a while later. After talking to James, after letting Sirius cool down a little. He hopes. He's sort of hovering again, on the edge of the biodome, torn between the impulses to find Sirius and the ones to just leave him alone because his heart is beating too hard and he's still got images from weeks ago in his head, and ghostly touches up his side. But he's worried about his friend, more worried than he should be. James said he's never seen him so mad]

[Unlike last time he's so very aware of his surroundings. So on edge that he has to be so he's not startled into blasting someone on accident. Remus' hovering presence is both calming and an annoyance but he's sure that it's all his fault with his temper having seen it's worst since the fight that got him disowned.

Sure James had never seen him this angry but that was only because he hadn't been there that day. He wasn't proud of the temper he'd gotten from his mum, but this week it had just spiraled out of control. There had been so few people in his life that he actually cared about until he went to school. Pushing those thoughts aside Sirius turns towards Remus. It's been rather curious lately - his friend's recent reaction to him. Ever since the last full moon when he'd found an unconscious Remus - and Remus wouldn't even talk about it. Now there was even more of it with the way Remus held back, lingering by the door.

Casually he leans against a standing trunk of a tree, arms crossing over his chest.]I suppose you saw my ( ... )

Given everyone's violent urges this week, I wasn't sure it was you. [But Remus nods, walking a bit closer and watching him carefully] ...James is sorry, you know.

Even if someone else had given it to him then there'd be a matching one on the other side. [Enjoy the intense stare back because well, Remus had definitely been acting weird the last couple of weeks and he's expecting it to continue. Though he tenses at the rest of Remus' words.]

I know. I heard him when he said it the other day.

[Jayne is eyeing the wand with curiosity, still toting the gigantic bazooka from his earlier post. He's been blasting the biodome himself, and enjoying the explosions immensely.]

That's a funny kinda gun you've got there.

[He gives Jayne a little glance before destroying another section.]

I could say the same for yours. And it's not a gun.

Oh this? Yeah, I got this 'cause I enlisted. S'great, actually. Got a real.. heft, to it. I like that.

Yeah, now I get a better look at it, it looks like a stick. How'd you get something to blow up with a stick? [This is power that Jayne wants...]

Enlisted in what exactly. I hardly think there's an army around here unless I've missed a memo.

It's not a stick either, it's a wand. [The word is emphasized like Jayne hasn't got a brain cell in that head of his.] Practice and talent. [He's not handing it over, Jayne. Pry it from his cold, dead hands and it still wouldn't work for you.]

[Covering his face with his robes, coughing a bit at the sawdust raised by the explosion. His face is still red from crying but he does look better than when he did whenever last talk to Sirius.]

[At the sight of Harry he can't even hide the guilt on his face. He was the one who lied to him about his mum - then James had to go open his big bloody mouth. Sirius waited for something, a sign of how Harry was going to take it, if he was going to blame Sirius for lying. And yet he couldn't stop the words from coming out of his mouth.]

Hey kiddo.

[Harry takes a moment to lower his arm, pretending to concentrate more on making sure the fabric was clear of debris before he looks up at him. There isn't even a look of blame on his face, just sadness and having learned a lesson about his dad years before he should have. Still, he gives his godfather a tired grin, mostly on reflex now.]

Hey.... Wasn't aware we were in the need for firewood.

[He does feel better about not seeing any blame in the kid. Though there will always be a little bit about how Harry had to find out instead. Especially since he had to see his own father act like a giant prat. Instead of talking about it, he returns Harry's smile with a small one of his own.]

We didn't but there seems to be a call for toothpicks. Want to help? [Sirius held out his wand for Harry to borrow.]

So this is what magic can do. [Amy picks her way across the war zone of the biodome. She stops a few yards away from Sirius and kicks the some splintered remains of a tree with her foot. She looks at him carefully.] I guess it really can do anything. From cleaning clothes to blowing up trees, yeah?

[That voice. He knows who it is instantly and not even his foul mood could keep the smile away. At the moment Amy is probably his favorite person in all of the universes. Sure they'd had themselves a snog a couple of weeks ago under the influence of an experiment but she wasn't avoiding him or even feeling guilty - plus he wasn't feeling that way towards her either. It was one of the few relationships that he hadn't screwed up in some way or another - even though he didn't even know what Remus' issue was.]

It does a whole lot more. Though some of them are illegal. [His tone is teasing, letting her think that they might be a little bit dirty or kinky.]

[She presses her lips together, suppressing a smirk.] Is that so? Apparently I'm not nearly versed enough in magical teachings. I might need a tutor. Would you happen to know anyone up for the job? Although I warn you, I learn best from experience.

[Yes, having a chat with a friend who he wasn't having issues with was definitely good for him. For his part Sirius does a damn good job at not laughing at her words.]

There is someone I have in mind who'd definitely be willing to show you all of the little tricks and magicks. I think it only fair to let you know that every single person he's tutored failed their exams.
