Seems like something out of a terrible movie, doesn't this whole mess? I notice someone has already put up a post about having set up a safe zone. If space and supplies get to be at a premium there, my entire suite is similarly cleared. Minus the magic wards, but guarded by a few guys who know a thing or two about beating back threats. probably. on one hand, large groups of people might draw the zombies in, but on the other hand, at least this way we can bottleneck them at the door and beat them back one at a time. used the same tactic in occupied france once during the war.

think you can sneak down okay? i can come get you.

not that i can think of. the idiots won't take any advice anyway.

I'm not, not at least until we know what we're going up against. Right now it's best we all just sit tight, try to protect people who haven't gotten infected yet, and try to keep the threat out of our corner of the world. [Look, Dick! How about, even if we know what we're up against. This should only last for the remainder of the week. It seems a few of our doctors or medics got infected. If we protect whoever is still clean, it'll be better then risking ourselves to contamination. [And Dick really doesn't want to have to take anyone he knows out because they got infected.]

Inventory. If we're allowing people to stay here, I want to make sure I supplied my room enough to accomodate extra people. If I'm going to grab extra supplies, I'm doing it now while the virus hasn't spread as far.

It depends on how bad it gets. I know the head medic is out. There's no curing this, just waiting this out, but at the same time, if I need to go put people out of their misery later in the week, I will. And if I do, I don't expect to be let back in here. But I'm staying put for now, making sure the kids are going to be taken care of.

We should be fine. I'm not going to overcrowd us, just mostly taking in people we know. If you're taking inventory, go to my room, too, I've got a decent stockpile of food bars and water bottles.

i'm a practical man.

lots of things. methods of transmission if there are any besides bodily fluids, for one. someone said it's airborne, but i don't think anyone knows for sure.
