So the reason I've been so freaking stressed the last couple of weeks (and over Xmas, boy howdy that was fun) was that I've been trying to get a mortgage. And praise the gods, I've now got one! Basically the house we are living in belongs to my boyfriends' parents. They were going to sell it, so we decided we wanted to buy it and stay where we were
