It's strange, imagining leaving this place. But it also feels right.

Jack comes home in an abrupt rush, bursting through and straight to the kitchen for a glass of water without even stopping to smile at Parker, and he always smiles at Parker.

It's been a while. It's been a little more than a while.

And Jack has missed Parker, so home he comes. Wearing his coat, with a new ear piercing, in different clothes that don't look like things Jack would wear, but it's been a long time.
