there is truely nothing to update about.  im just doing this so that it is dually noted that i am still alive and kicking.

last night was wonderful. amazingly awesome, and real and full of joy and laughter...and an overwhelming amount of love.

the pool was really cold, and i normally wouldnt have gone swimming, but circumstances permitted and once i got in it wasnt to bad, it was actually a really good time and im glad i got in.
