The patio bustled with elfin activity as Malfoy Manor put on it's Aires-- and it absolutely glistened. The massive crystal punch bowl was nearly brimming over the sides with the pink froth and smoke of punch, matching crystal goblets lined up neatly beside it on the long serving table. More serving tables held finger sandwiches, salad, cheese ( Read more... )

Skye knocked smartly on the door of the manor, her head held high and her spirits just as high. She wasn't such a little girl any more, almost fourteen, and she felt much older. She wasn't going to flip out when she saw Draco, she was certain. She'd decided to go to the front door because, hello, had you seen what Flooing did to her hair? She was certainly not going to let het platinum-blonde head get anywhere near fire.

Draco answered the door shirtless, with a towel around his waist, black flip flops on his feet., and a confused look on his face.

He flung open the door and spoke before he looked,

"You know, the Floo Network *is* operati-", he saw it was Skye and smirked.

"Skye, glad you made it. Bring your mates?"

Skye's breath caught a little too violently in her throat. Her original composure was lost quite quickly simply by seeing Draco like, uhm, that. She did recover herself, and quite quickly.

"Have you seen what flooing does to my hair? It's revolting," she said, smirking in a concious imitation of his expression.

"Kenna may be coming later, it depends on her family. Is that ok?" she asked, her head incling to one side a little and her eyes lingering for just a little too long on Draco's bare chest. She tried her best to act older, but sometimes - just sometimes - she failed.

ooc: are you trying to kill my girl?

Draco nodded in understanding when she mentioned the mussing up of hair- he knew precisely what she meant.

"It's just as well," he began, standing back and letting the door creak wider so she could come in and he added with a smirk, "open party and all."

ooc: LOVE that blank look on her face in the icon like she's staring into something and forcing a grin xD appropo!

Tracey went back to her Grandmother's house to steal a bottle of absynthe (as requested), vodka, and coconut rum. She then headed back to Miles's house to get on a clean outfit- a sexy halter dress and boots she had never gotten the chance to wear- and then she floo'd over to the Malfoy Manor.

"Hey, D! Where do you want the drinks?" she called out, putting them on the ground to dust herself off.

Draco heard Tracey call him and he put one hand on the knot of his towel as he walked into the livingroom that she had floo'd in to.

"These can go to the wet bar by the pool, it's stocked with whatever I thought we could get away with from Father's cabinet." He spoke, before he really took a good look at her.

"Tracey," he exclaimed, "you make me look underdressed in my own home!" He feigned hurt as he put his cheek to her's and made that quick smooch sound.

Tracey blushed and made the same sound before they parted. She picked the drinks up and took them out back to the wet bar that Draco had mentioned. There were already some kids in the pool.

She poured herself some vodka and started sipping at it, trying to decide whether she should swim or not. She was in a somewhat off mood, despite how awesome she looked.

"Hey, D- should I get in the damn pool?" she called into the house.

"Of course I think that's a good idea, but- ah, Merlin."

Oh no.
He'd spotted the absinthe.

"Tracey.. you're a doll. I'll take this." He smirked and yoinked it into an embrace. He leaned over the bar counter and whispered to the elf, "save this for me, won't you?" He turned back to Tracey.

"Well I hope you've got your swim suit under that sweet slinky little thing you've got on."

It was with faintest suspicions lurking around the back of his mind that Blaise considered the VIP pass he had been sent and debated.

There wasnt anything really to worry about when it came to Malfoy...

And it was hot enough to want to swim and he was sure Theo would enjoy it.

Decided, Blaise winked and smirked at Theo, and threw a handful of floo powder into the fire. "Malfoy Manor," he directed clearly, and whooshed away through the fireplace, devoutly threatening the soot with no little punishment if it dared ruin his shirt.

Following shortly after his boyfriend, Theo stepped through to see Blaise giving his shirt a fleeting gaze to confirm it was still in the condition it was before he had gone through. Theo smirked, and took a step closer.

"Looks perfect as always," he told him, and lifted a hand to needlessly smooth the material over his shoulders. "Now let's find the others."

Taking his hand, he began strolling through the manor, searching out any voices he might hear until he heard a few coming from the pool. Draco and Tracey were already inside, and Theo did a quick mental check to be sure he really wanted to make an appearance at all.

Deciding it was only polite now that they had shown up, he applied a bit more pressure in his hand and moved toward the others.

Draco heard the patio doors slide open and turned from his seat on the edge of the water. Seeing Blaise and Theo step through made him grin.

"Glad you could make an appearance, boys." There was a twinkle in his eye as he turned back towards Tracey. Still addressing them, however, he continued.

"Open wet bar, free drinks. Plan on swimming I take it?"

"Of course," Blaise replied politely. "The invite said to bring swimwear, after all. Looks like you're expecting more people though. Are we early?"

He barely spared Tracey a glance, focusing instead on Malfoy and the pool which was looking incredibly inviting.

He'd been walking from the livingroom and back to the patio when, in the foyer, Harry appeared, a little sooted and lost looking. It's not that he was surprised, which he was not. He was just.
Well.

"Potter?" Draco put on his air of confidence and strolled by, without procrastinating on giving Harry a nice once-over with his probing eyes.

"How good of you to show up."

"You invited me," Harry answered simply, sounding as though Draco shouldn't have expected anything else.

He watched Draco's eyes as they fell, trying to see where he was looking by using the reflection in his eyes, although his eyelashes made it impossible.

"Am I early?" he asked, noting that there weren't many others around yet.

"They're out by the pool." Draco's gaze stopped on Harry's sandals and blinked, then looking back up to note how Harry had followed his eyes. He arched a brow.

"You did bring a swim suit?"

It was incredible how easy it was to get out of the house now. All Riley had to do was mention the well-known fact that Head Boy couldn't possibly get into trouble, and then BAM- whatever he wanted.

Life with the badge would be sweet.

Stepping out of the fireplace, Riley glance around the room casually, popping the collar of his grey polo shirt as he stepped through the crowd. Looking back, he could've sworn he caught a girl peeking at his denim covered bum, but he chose to put it behind him..

Haha.. put it behind him.. See, it's funny because..

... Nevermind...

So anyways, Riley continued through the party in search of a familiar face- wait no, scratch that. He searched for someone he actually cared to speak to.
