Would the REAL Video iPod please stand up?

According to this article, Apple has announced that the Video iPod that everyone rushed to get is NOTHING in comparison to the one that they will be releasing soon. Sources indicate that it will sport a 3.5" touchscreen instead of the mechanical scroll wheel. Here is this "artist's" rendering of what it could possibly look like:

I'd like to see Apple get into the PDA market again as well... a Mac OS linux based PDA could be fun stuff.

Yeah, but figuring it's price off of the ipod (which only does half what a PDA should, if that) it'll cost as much as a PC laptop.
