Would the REAL Video iPod please stand up?
According to this article, Apple has announced that the Video iPod that everyone rushed to get is NOTHING in comparison to the one that they will be releasing soon. Sources indicate that it will sport a 3.5" touchscreen instead of the mechanical scroll wheel. Here is this "artist's" rendering of what it could possibly look like:
Hrm...a 3.5" touchscreen device that plays mp3's, videos and displays photos? Add some basic scheduling capabilities, and that sounds vaguely familiar.I wonder if this development has ANYTHING to do with the recent rumblings that Apple may purchase Palm, Inc.?
