We went to the gun store today, and he has an actual US Government Remington-Rand 1911A1 pistol on consignment for $650. Book value is $2000, but it's going cheap because the previous owner put stupid huge target sights on it. I must have it. I've wanted a 1911 since forever, and it MATCHES THE TYPEWRITER. I would totally buy those shirts if they existed. People would probably keep saying "Somme" was mispelled but those who got it would be my new friends.
