SO my parents came back with a Box full of various bottles of wine after their wine purchasing spree, as they are wont to do, and they had a surprise for me - A little bottle of Retsina! If you really want the October computer, I'd totally be willing to drive you to Best Buy for it.

But I understand if you would rather get one before school :-)

I also scoped out laptops at Best Buy, since I was there. Man, you can get some GOOD laptops for less than $1000. I am seriously reconsidering the idea of a Mac.

Yeah, because they've got some neat little machines for really good deals, and while Macs are good, (and I know and admit that despite my earlier rant about them), they're far too expensive for what I'd need it to do, which is why I didn't look at them.

I think I'm getting a Sony, despite agreeing that when I think of Sony I think Music and Playstations and TVs.

Thanks for being willing to take me to Best Buy, you're a pal Julia. But I realized later that the one I would be purchasing now, is actually better for a similar price (though not as "cute" but who cares?) and I would like to have it for the start of school.

Funny, the second I start looking for new computers, this one starts behaving like mad. I haven't had a single issue for like a week. Haha! Oh this tricksy piece of crap! I don't feel bad getting rid of it though, because it's not like it's a useable machine going to waste - I think my sister will use it for highschool, cause our computer upstairs that she uses is even older (by a lot) than this laptop.
