This is sadly exciting. I haven't done a proper picture that was more than half-hearted doodling in many, many months, and then I was watching The Secret of Kells again and decided to take a stab at something heavily stylised. (It's something I have to work on.) So here, have Beowulf fighting sea monsters off the coast of Finland!

Thanks! India ink is fussy as hell, but it doesn't bleed like markers, hence me putting up with it. :D

Seriously, though, I think Tai Lung's escape is the best prison break scene of all time.
