            This is my first recap; I just hope it’s a quarter as deliciously snarktacular as some of the regular recappers’ brilliant ones are! Like more or less everyone else here, I was a big Sweet Valley fan as a kid/youngish teen (I blame my mother; she’s the one who got me hooked on Sweet Valley Kids, and the obsession only grew from there

This was indeed deliciously snarktacular. I am addicted to this comm and have been waitinf for like 3 days or something ridiculous for another recap. Yours came at just the right time, I was going to collapse from lack of SV Snark!

I must admit, I was thinking that since there hadn't been any new posts for a few days, now would be a good time to post something because everyone would be so bored that they'd read it even if it sucked.

And seriously, the whole health fair thing was nuts! Clearly, if the Unicorns were going to do a presentation at all at such an event, the subject should've been STDs.

That's exactly what I was thinking! Or maybe by SVH, his subconscious mind is longing for "the one that got away." Then he meets Tricia, makes the "Martin" connection, and fell for her immediately.

Or maybe the Sweet Valley New Character Name Generator got stuck on "Martin" one day. Meh. :)

Great recap! I loved this line:
