valentine's day
josh and i were talking about valentine's day yesterday in the car. he asked if we were gonna do presents this year. we've never done presents before because i just don't see the point in using a generalized date on a calendar as an excuse to express our love to each other. we have a calendar date that we consider our own: december 12. we don't ( Read more... ) -

oooohhhh dear dear dear! i've been sick with bronchitis since last saturday. :( i missed out on the "dirty santa" gift exchange at thanksmas. i was upstairs in bed with a horrible sore throat. :( but everyone loved their pies, so that's good. i missed about 5 days of work because of being sick. that sucked, and my paycheck will be extremely lousy. Yesterday was absolutely amazing. The weather was insanely nice, so Josh and I took momma's Cabrio and headed to Williamsburg. We originally planned to drive on Colonial Parkway and enjoy the day. But we decided to go to the Pottery and Factory Outlets instead. We spent hours there and barely spent $40! We bought lots of cookies, I got some hot tea ( Read more... )
