I. The life of a college student is so unnatural. ( At least, I think so. )

I. I will not be able to go to the event that I talked about in this post. I was busy on Sunday morning when the tickets went on sale, and alas, there are no more. This is not my year.

i. on thursday night, i celebrated the end of fall quarter by watching beauty and the beast and making peppermint hot chocolate. it was grand. ( blah )

The detective story I had to write came out to 10 pages, and it wasn't too terrible. I just realized, though, that I hadn't saved the finished draft to the laptop and am now left with the 9 page rough draft. I am saddened as I won't ever see the final version of my "masterpiece" again ( Read more... )

Yesterday, two of my friends went up to Santa Barbara to visit/take me home. It was about fifty different kinds of fun, and thanks to one of them, I think one of my hallmates (who never really warmed to the rest of us anyway) now thinks I'm insane. The best part? I skipped my 10 am French class thinking I could use that time to read Birdman for my Detective Fiction class. Instead, I read Wikipedia articles on Labradoodles, surfed IMDb, and gave myself extra Street Team points at Threadless by buying these two shirts. So yes, I have been productive.
