Annihilators: Earthfall #3 of 4 - Dan Abnett/Andy Lanning + Tan Eng Huat. The Annihilators and the Avengers try to work together but the Magus and his Universal Church of Truth keep upping the ante. Great character moments, great action, and great art. Unwaveringly as good as all the rest of the Abnett & Lanning cosmic books.

Deadpool Team-Up #891 - Frank Tieri + Chris Staggs. It's DP versus Mr. X, written by X's creator. It's more fun than I expected from Tieri, but the real surprise was actually with the coloring by Dan Brown. Avengers: The Initiative #33 - Christos Gage + Jorge Molina. We see events from Siege #1 & 2 from Taskmaster's, Constrictor's, and Diamondback's points of view. A really good comparison of the different way the three characters see the events. Meanwhile, the Avengers Resistance take advantage of the opening to attack Camp HAMMER.

Black Widow: Deadly Origin #3 of 4 - Paul Cornell + Tom Raney/John Paul Leon. Very well constructed, with a fairly straightforward presentation of her origin running parallel to a high intensity tale in the present about her past coming back to harm her friends. I'm interested in rereading it once completed to get the full flow.

Black Widow & The Marvel Girls #1 of 4 - Paul Tobin + Salva Espin. Detailing the Enchantress's part in Black Widow's origin, the issue is much better than that ludicrous statement would seem to indicate. The issue also shows how Natasha can outsmart the most paranoid of adversaries and out-plan her superiors.

Dark Reign: The Hood #5 of 5 - Jeff Parker + Kyle Hotz. It's another good chapter in the story of The Hood, but its ending was hurt because what happened next has already been shown in the New Avengers. Still, it's an excellent sequel to the original Hood miniseries that keeps what is unique to the character at the forefront.
