Climbed Mt. Si on saturday. 3700 feet of elevation gain over 4 miles, for an average slope of 17.5%. And then the descent after lunch. I took a nap when I got home, and when I woke up I was walking like Captain Jack Sparrow.
Better now. Stretching, massage, and yoga have helped.
