Back just about 30 hours as of this writing.

Overall it was quite a good year. For several nights I had difficulty sleeping for no discernible reason (no company, not too hot or cold, had earplugs, eye mask, comfy bed) which was a drag, but the year had a number of high points, which I'll document later. The new boots did arrive last week and are pretty damn good. They fit very nicely with boot socks on. I haven't taken them out for a long walk yet, but probably will soon. Maybe I'll take them down to the Cuff... ( How black? )

Ok, is there any reason in the world I shouldn't buy ( these boots? )
