Last week I spoke at an event in Minneapolis, attended an unrelated conference there, and officiated my second wedding for friends in Bloomington Ind.

If you happen to be someone who enjoys sweet potatoes or yams, I recommend baking or microwaving* one, and then eating it beneath some Iberico cheese. The combination is delightful.

* Cut the tuber in half, cook for 5 minutes, shuffle the halves and cook for another 1-2.
