I think my Calculus III class has a seventeenyearold version of Sweets in it. Give or take a year, I'm swear it's him.

I'll ask him today what his name, is, but I already know it'll be SWEETS.

Good god today was exhausting. If by the end of the week it doesn't look like things will start letting up, then I may have to drop one of my courses to make things into something manageable ( Read more... )

And the word of the day has been STRESS. Exam in the morning, sudden unplanned outing at noon, completely waste most of the afternoon on stupid things, and then enjoy a good 'night before the exam freakout', just for old time's sake.  Well, today was an absolute bitch, but at least it's better now. It's humbling to look back and realize just how much my mood changed for the better after sitting down with a prayer book. I'm glad I did--that was just what I needed.

First thing to say about the new apartment: lovely neighbors, wonderful place, lovely apartment in itself.
Second thing to say: Fucking stairs! Three flights between here and the ground floor, and then it's another three flights to get to my sister's apartment. Since we're still so freshly moved in, here, any little time we find ourselves lacking ( Read more... )

This is the weekend I move. I spent today moving all our books up three flights of stairs up to my sisters and mine's new apartments. Then I went and helped out with another Friday class. This Friday class being one which, incidentally, will be turning into a Tuesdays and Friday classes next week, because the older kids want their own class.
