I haven't seen any new chapters in a long time, did it go on another hiatus?

In the Yami no Matsuei Sketch book there's a character called Natsume which, as far as I can remember, never showed up in the manga.
I tried tracking down all the kanji that were supposed to describe him and use google translator to get more info about him but... well, that's what I got.

Are there any translations/scanlations for the YnM sidestory about mahjong that was published in 2011?

I compared the Viz edition of volume 11 to the Japanese version, and it seems the chapter numbers in the Viz version is one behind. That is, Viz vol. 11 ends with chapter 53 but the Japanese volume 11 ends with chapter 54 (but it's the same chapter in terms of content). Anyone know what this is about? I have been wondered about this for long time, but Is there anyone who know why Yami no Matsuei style art changed ?
I'm so curious because it's really different with the art before hiatus...

After reading the news about yami no matsuei finally continuing I really wanted to read some of my favorite fanfics. I had most of these saved but I've lost all of these files...

I know this may be out of place or redundant but I’ve searched like crazy and can’t find anything. Has the new volume 12 been translated/scanlated? If so where can I download the zip? If not, where can I download the Raw?

Ok, so my friend texted me and she said that when she was on Wikipedia (yeah, I already had doubts at that point) it said something about there being a release date for volume 12 of YnM (And that if it was popular Matsushita might start writing again).
