Today was beautiful Friday to not be working. The temperature was warm, the sky was partly cloudy and there was a mild south wind. Sunday was so nice I decided to break out the barbecue. I was so out of practice that I overcooked the Cheddar Wurst. It didn't help that the gas grill seems to need a tune up and could not get up to full heat.

At least the day was great.

The weather was so warm today, I decided to barbecue two slabs of pork ribs for dinner. The barbecue went OK except I had to run around the house to get in the back yard because the patio door to the backyard was sealed for the winter and I do want to seal that door again this year.
