We had Nick's funeral yesterday. The funeral was for close family and friends, but I know that many of you knew him well. So I've posted the eulogy I made at the funeral (along with a few photos) for everyone to read.

Interviewing techniques
I'm going to be involved with conducting interviews next week (initially telephone, then hopefully face to face). Anyone got any suggestions on resources for good practice (e.g. don't ask "What's your greatest weakness"). -
Bath tri
Blimey, you can tell how long since I last posted, the online form's gone all new media. Still, what's the odds they're XHTML and AAA compliant under the hood?
I still need to get round to posting my 2006 write up, but at this rate I reckon it'll probably merge into 2007 write up, or the 2010 one.

Proper open water swimming
For all those Tri people out there (and, well, everyone else as well). Star Wars tomorrow, so I spent last night finding ways to distract myself from prep. I succeeded by finding a documentary on David Williams (Little Brittain guy) swimming the English Channel on BBC SportAnd here am I worried about 1500m.
