Shannon, the girl who manages our kiosk in the Jackson mall, was shopping in Dillard's when she accidentally dropped her credit card. She didn't notice and moved on to another area. The security guards called her to let her know that her card was sitting on the floor in the children's section.

Grr. Seriously? I took overdraft privileges off of my account for a reason. If I don't have money in the bank, I want you to decline my card. Blizzard does it all the time, well before I run out of money, so why don't other places? Negative $31 to my name says that I need to speed the commissions up.
