Yesterday was both crappy and good. I got to Skype with Gene for a little while. Worked out with Mom. Jen never texted me about a run, but it downpoured most of the day, and then when it finally stopped and the sun came out it was like 79 degrees !!! BEAUTIFUL !! First and foremost .. got some very sad news yesterday. At 0930, Gene's beloved Uncle Warren passed away. Our favorite Uncle. The guy everyone loved to be around, who could light up any room with his jokes and friendly demeanor. The guy who made the killer chili sauce, lol. It is so sad. After work yesterday I went to the gym for Insanity, and we did a pretty good disc -- Core Cardio & Balance. Starting Wednesday the people who are consistently late have changed the start time to 1115, so that kind of sucks, it pretty much eliminates any chance I would have had to talk to Gene on Skype, which is more important now that the AFIM ( Read more... )
