In the past I've scoffed at the label on my latest bottle of Baileys Irish Cream warning about not microwaving the bottle. However, through complex circumstances tonight I found myself microwaving Baileys. It curdled. To backtrack, I made coffee with Baileys in it. The coffee went cold.
