His big present from us was a bicycle! We gave it to him Wednesday after Jason got home from work. He was so cute. His eyes got really big and he kept saying "what?!?" LOL He's been riding it around in the house and getting the hang of pedaling.

Well, for the most part. The drawers came out darker than the door because they had old tung oil on them so they didn't absorb the stain as much as the rest of it. I might go back and put another coat on the door so they match. Later ( Read more... )

Okay, so for two years (!) Jason has been working toward the pinnacle* of his chosen online game, World War II Online. Now, having been cracked out on WoW, I understand a bit of game obsession. I got the baking bug last night. Ended up making blueberry muffins and a pound cake. My kitchen was a wreck, but they are so yummy. There are only 4 of the muffins left. I'm a fan of blueberry muffins, but Jason hoovers them. I think I'll be making some more.
