I have 2 more doctor visits left in my 6 months for the insurance company. I am worried however - because I have completely changed my lifestyle. Sugar free, protein protein protein, few carbs. So summer has finally gotten here to Indiana. The temperature is 90 and the humidity is hovering somewhere around "soup". I am curious how people have dealt with the heat after losing lots of weight. Do you find that you get cold easier? Do you not get as hot?

Did anyone have to keep a food log while getting things together for their surgery? So when I made my appointment to see the nutritionist, they said I needed to keep a food log. When I officially decided that I wanted to have the RNY, the first hurdle I had to tackle was quitting smoking.
