I have scheduled my gum surgery for next Thursday. Whee! Joe can't take me, so I'll have to rely on my Dad. Because I'll be all loopy. Hopefully, my car will be back by then.

A few years ago, I was diagnosed with periodontal disease. Whee. I went to one periodontist (didn't like him). I waited a while and then chose another. By then, apparently, I was in extremis. Well, I can't have my dental surgery while I'm nursing. And I can't have it when I'm pregnant. Or nursing again. So, assuming for the moment that I intend to give Catherine a little sibling, I won't be able to have the surgery until November of next year at the very earliest - possibly as late as September of 2010.
