Took Auraya to the vets today at 9am after gruelling night shift with apanic stricken look on my face.

The vet agreed that she seemed hard around the belly and that to open her up and find out what was going on I signed a consent form for a spay and greeing that if once she was under it all looked bad not to let her wake up.

Took Dannyl to the vets today as he is looking very unhappy and he is still on 410g in weight.... the same weight as when I first rescued him. he also has terrible in growing nails which needed clipping.. he's now on Metacam and Ceporex in the hope that it will clear his chest up and perk him up so he'll put on some more weight. the poor guy hates ( Read more... )

Tuesday: dropped Rothern in to be neutered in the morning, to get a call at lunch to say that the vet was unhappy as he had resp conditions... is explain hes been on baytril blah blah scarred lungs rescue etc etc I know the risks. well it looks like we're taking raven for her final trip to the vets today. She was taken from a rescue when she was only a 3-4 month old babby and was put in with the lovely cleo and tish, it was the easiest intro I've ever done and soon mr flibble joined the ranks ( Read more... )

Well back from the vets, the vet rekons its either an allergic reaction or an infection, as an allergic reaction is just the immune system working overtime, shes given her sterios to dampen down the immune system, only problem is if its an infection, reducing the immune system could cause the infection to completely take over her.so fingers crossed ( Read more... )
