Today Herb and Marcia were received into the church; congrats for them. I wanted to be there, seeing as how I am an RCIA teacher, but there were a few reasons why that didn't happen. Namely, the blizzard.

Rereading "Pope Fiction" by Patrick Madrid. I like this book; bought it on a whim 2-3 years ago. He has a great style and while he shoots down falsities about beliefs about the papacy, he never comes across as condescending, rude, arrogant, or bombastic.
