We were talking today in a uni tut how wrong it is that PCAs are legally exempt from litigation if they give medications to patients, where DIV2 nurses can be sued in instances of adverse reaction. I love how management gripe when you're five minutes late doing essential maintenance on a projector ... but they'll okay a staff-only screening of Die Hard 4.0 that finishes an hour and twenty minutes later than any other session.
