ABC tv, in association with Open Channel screened a documentary tonight about the execution of Van Nguyen, a 24 year old Australian who was hanged in Singapore on December 2nd, 2005 for one drug trafficking offence.
While I certainly don't support running heroin as a source of income, I have a strong opposition to capital punishment for any crime ... and this ... this was such a bloody waste.
