OK, there was this tv show I remember watching as a kid. I think it was the middle of the night on PBS or something, where they always showed these really old, low-budget educational films. I'm trying to remember a children's show from the mid-eighties, likely aired on either PBS or Nickleodeon in the US, but may be a Canadian show. It's likely a short from a larger children's show-- perhaps Sesame Street? I think it was a regular short, not a special (though it's possible I just watched the same episode multiple times).
