Fanvid for the theme from "Cat People"?

Two intersecting questions:

1. I recently happened upon (and have had no luck in retracing) a fan video for David Bowie's "Putting Out Fire" (the movie soundtrack version); filmed in dreamlike soft-focus, it portrayed some sort of neo-Victorian magic show, with the climactic image being the magician throwing flaming knives at his assistant, a beautiful brunette woman in green positioned in an upright coffin. (The vidder's selection of imagery evidently focused upon the phrase "putting out fire", choosing to disregard the werebeast/shapeshifter context of the movie.)

2. At least one commenter mentioned having "watched that show", suggesting that the footage derived from a TV series; if so, what was it?

ETA: anita_margarita found the video, and charlottestone identified the source as a commercial for the (now-defunct) hair-care product Thermasilk, directed by Bruno Aveillan.
