Toy for making internal organ candy?

I remember seeing commercials for this thing in the early- to mid-90s (1992-94 or so?). I think there was a mad-scientist type character in the commercial, and the toy was like--a giant head or something? And there was this stuff you could make internal organs with (in molds I think?), like brains and hearts and lungs, and they were edible, like candy. It's been forever since I've seen the commercial so I've probably gotten a bunch of stuff wrong, though. But I do definitely remember the candy organs.

It's not Creepy Crawlers (although I thought if I looked that up on YouTube, there'd be a related video leading to what I'm looking for, but no such luck).
